Yamuna Body Rolling: YBR uses different size and textured balls to help lengthen, strengthen, release tension and organize the body head to toe. YBR is good for any body looking for a sense of freedom. $25drop-in
Kauit Yoga: The Kaiut Yoga Method is focused on returning the body to optimal structure and functionality. Kauit Yoga is a floor-based practice that utilizes gravity to unwind chronic restrictions in the joints by using long-held shapes and finely-directed micro-engagements to release adhesions in the connective tissue, which both strengthens and opens the joints. $25drop-in/5class$110
Gyrokinesis®: The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences, practiced on a mat and chair. Gentle Yoga w/ Star (online): A 90 minute calm paced, accessible practice for opening, strengthening and stabilizing the body, mind, spirit. Sliding scale $13-20
Move & Meditate w/ Star (online): A 35-40 minute class to warm the body with a steady paced accessible practice. Includes pranayama, short meditation or relaxation. By donation
Stretch & Restore: A restorative and gentle approach to opening & relaxing the body. Longer holds supported by props. No standing poses.
Yoga Basics: A mindful movement - asana practice blended with supportive stretching, core stabilizing and prop usage for deep restoration, with an emphasis on the breath.
