Class Descriptions/Prices

Strong & Steady Yoga: This class seeks to cultivate strength and endurance through focused, steady movement with a specific focus on personal alignment and developing healthy movement patterns. Nicole has been teaching yoga and yoga trainings for over a dozen years. $25drop-in/$90-4class series

Yamuna Body Rolling: YBR uses different size and textured balls to help lengthen, strengthen, release tension and organize the body head to toe. YBR is good for any body looking for a sense of freedom. $25drop-in/$100-5class series

Full Moon Release & Restore: A full moon restorative yoga event. A 90 minute restorative practice that begins with a brief conversation around the astrology of the season and how you might work best with the energy of the full moon. This practice encourages release of thought patterns that no longer service you and invites deep nervous system restoration through long-held and supported restorative yoga poses. $25

New Moon Yoga Nidra: This New Moon event includes a brief conversation around the energy of the New Moon and the astrology of the upcoming month which we will use to set specific intentions to take into our Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, or Yoga Sleep, is a highly meditative practice. You are led through a guided meditation to help access and linger in the state of mind that resides between sleep and wakefulness. Yoga Nidra has incredibly potent impacts on nervous system regulation. $25

Gentle Yoga w/ Star (online)A 90 minute calm paced, accessible practice for opening, strengthening and stabilizing the body, mind, spirit. Sliding scale $13-20

Move & Meditate w/ Star (online): A 35-40 minute class to warm the body with a steady paced accessible practice. Includes pranayama, short meditation or relaxation. By donation

Stretch & Restore: A restorative and gentle approach to opening & relaxing the body. Longer holds supported by props. No standing poses.

Yoga Basics: A mindful movement - asana practice blended with supportive stretching, core stabilizing and prop usage for deep restoration, with an emphasis on the breath.
